Baby Back Ribs with a Drizzle of Pepper Jelly Glaze

On this episode, Joe rubs down some baby back ribs and sets them on the grill, but tries out a new twist on flavor. He brings out the Texas Pepper Jelly Bird Bath Peach Mango Habanero to use as a glaze towards the end of the cooking.  Not satisfied with just tasting the sweetness, Joe recommends adding another drizzle of the jelly to get the full flavor and heat.
