Captain Cuz takes a charter out of new anglers and educates them on the variety of species while putting great numbers on the boat. Lane snapper, amberjack, and ruby lips are just a few of the many species shown in this episode. Captain Cuz’s great sense of humor and knowledge of the area keeps his clients on the fish and his deckhand busy throughout the trip.
Deckhand Shawn has a unique relationship with the notorious Jus Cuz boat. His grandfather initially helped finish building the interior of the ship years ago and now Shawn aims to captain the vessel when not deckhanding for Albert. The duo have a great relationship and a drive to go after bigger fish for their clients. This is shown when Shawn maintains several lines the whole trip back in waiting for the big bite and is rewarded when their customer lands a ninety plus pound wahoo.
