Slow Grilled and Brined Beef Tjälknöl

In this video Rus recreates a method of cooking from north Sweden and surrounding areas where a frozen roast (normally wild game) is placed right into a oven (Rus uses a Grill Dome) without seasonings, and allowed the roast to cook at a very low temperature until the internal temp hits 155 to 160 degrees, and from there it is placed into a brine to sit for at least 5 hours in the refrigerator.
