Biloxi Swamp Food

Showcasing some of the finest ingredients found in the Bayou, Rus builds a seafood platter featuring some of his favorite items all found locally on this new segment of Smoky Ribs BBQ & Southern Cuisine.

Rus gets things started with fresh blue crab claw meat and lump crab all added to a pot with Cajun seasonings to make a crab bisque to top off his blackened redfish cooked outside on his Mojoe Griddle.  Next he gets started on the staples of any seafood platter, fried shrimp and homemade hush puppies.  To put the swamp in swamp food, he fries up some frog legs and gator tail on his Cajun Rocket Pro 4 Way Fryer.
