Starting off with the Hilltop special sauce, a mayo ketchup blend with a variety of other spices including curry powder, Rus shows us some tricks for making a fantastic Mississippi Burger! Next he shows us how to prep tallow, a rendered beef fat that’s used in place of vegetable or canola oil for cooking. To really step up the burger and make it a true Mississippi style dish, Rus adds a zesty fried green tomato to the mix.
