Starting with a roaring pot of crab boil to initially cook the crab, Rus moves on to showing the audience his methods of getting the most meat out of each crab. Most southern dishes always start with the Cajun Trinity of bell pepper, celery, and onions diced up to infuse that signature flavor in the oil. Rus adds a bit of shrimp to his crab stuffing to make sure every bite packs in the seafood flavor and has a solid texture to it.
